"Absolute joke of a company that took $120 from us, never delivered anything, and doesn't respond.. at all. I just filed a case with the Attorney General's office because of it. Their 'money back guarantee' is a (probably illegal) lie. Their customer service email is a Gmail account. That's how poorly this.. 'company' is run. We are 48 days past the date of purchase and this is what it's turning into. So if you like giving money away to other people, for what are apparently absurdly overpriced products, give these folks a try. I personally guarantee you'll enjoy it."

"This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this company and each time I have not had a pleasant experience. First time there was a problem with the hoodie and I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times, no answer. Second time I did a bundle release drop order and only received one item when it was supposed to be a bundle deal. I’ve reached out to customer service and have not heard anything. Third, I placed an order for my son’s birthday & it’s been over a week and have not received any details regarding my order, however, the money was taken out my account immediately. His birthday past and he still did not receive his order. I have called the number provided & emailed customer service, no response. The idea of the brand is great, however, customer service and ordering process is not."

It’s now 6/24/2023 no tracking number was received yet. I have emailed and called the number no response. Today 6/24/2023 I was be heading to the store located in center city to see what is going on."
