"Ooh, I'm really uncomfortable with this place. First, they're unethical. Lied to my face about a "state required" visit to get a form filled out. When I called the state to ask, it's not true. So it's a money grab by this practice (for a learner's permit form). The form can be filled out within 6 months of an annual physical - they told me AT the physical we had to have a separate, state required visit. So, a blatant lie. Said to my face by the doctor and a nurse. Plus, there was a charge that insurance rejected. I called my insurance cmpany and on a three-way call we called the office 3 different times. Every single time they said their biller wasn't there, and the insurance company never got a return call. When I went in for the physical I told them to call the insurance company to figure it out, and the biller was all, "Oh, they should have covered this". Yes, I know that. What I want to know is why YOU just kept sending me bills with finance charges instead of figuring it out on your end, or returning the insurance company's calls to get this resolved in under 5 months. Overall, they just seem like they put profit over patient. Unethical, quite happy to lie to your face - both the doctor and nurses - I don't trust an organization who will do that. How do you know they're not doing things to pad their balance sheet with YOUR kid's health?"

"Office is a bit disorganized. Called to book an initial appt for my daughter, got placed on hold twice. Despite telling them twice that my daughter would be a new patient, the admin continued to take my information only to later state that she cannot book an appt until her medical records from a prior pediatric office were transferred over. I'm frustrated I wasn't told this earlier. Also, I've been able to book appts in the past and later have my medical records transferred over prior to the appt. I have to agree with a prior google review - dealing with Gordon-Klinow and their paperwork / logistics is absurd. Pretty disappointing."

"Had major payment headaches with this practice. After I promptly sent a check for a bill and seeing it get deposited I continued to get bills with finance charges. The first time I called, the front desk person said I was fine and good to go. Then I received another bill whereupon I called and spoke to the billing person who wanted me to send a copy of the deposited check as evidence that they had deposited it. Even after I provided the cleared check info, the office manager claimed that they never lose track of any checks. I received no follow or apology for the snafu. I will note that this review is purely a reflection on the back office and the individuals who take care of the paperwork/payments. It’s a shame because the doctors are lovely but I cannot go through another round of this paperwork nightmare again."
