"My ear was clogged, so I came to the clinic. The wait was very long and the doctor beat up my ear canal something fierce. I was in agony so I called to see if she could give me a pain pill....NO WAY...I had to suffer in excruciating pain, worse than my c-section! I had wished that I had never gone and had just lived with the clogged ear. Instead I got a swollen, bruised, battered and scratched ear. After a sleepless night, I called an ENT and made an appointment. It took three visits with the ENT to clean up the minute clinics mess. If I had gone to the ENT in the first place, it would have been one visit without the horrendous pain."
