"Our family has been treated successfully treated by Dr. Zhang in a number of areas: headache, pinched nerve, abdomen scar tissue from diep flap / breast reconstruction post mastectomy, weight, anxiety, etc. We cannot say enough things about the help and relief Dr. Zhang has given us. For example, my husband had intense headaches forever... he was always needing Advil. It was debilitating when he started seeing Dr. Zhang. She healed him after several weeks and he no longer has headaches or a need for pain medication. The entire office is professional, on-time, and well-run. Acupuncture with Dr. Zhang is now an important part of our well-being and health. We highly recommend her and Tao Clinic."
"I consider myself very lucky, to be able to receive the most effective medicine available for my PTSD - and acupuncture is a most important physical part of that. I have the highest regards for Dr. Zhang’s efficacy."
"A huge thank you to "Unite for Her" and "The Yang Institute" for making possible The Wellness Passport, where I have already enjoyed seven of twelve free acupuncture treatments to help me with the neuropathy, depression, fatigue and pain that I have had as a result of my cancer treatments. Since starting acupuncture in March of 2019, at The Yang Institute in Bryn Mawr, PA, I can feel that my body is being regenerated. After each session, I am feeling the buildup of more energy. The pain from neuropathy in feet are taking a little longer to subside, but I do feel that I am realizing some benefit there also. I can't thank you all enough! Rose Ann V. Collegeville, PA"
"I'm very demanding, I also am well versed in the practice of integrative medicine. The current trend as more and more integrative med practices are being established within all the major area hospitals, I still am fully capable of endorsing . Dr. Yang and his group of Doctors (and Practitioners) are way ahead of the current curve, both with regard to accupuncture specifically (I personally have had immense improvement and success with a lower back injury in this regard). Further, from my research, it's clear to me that Dr. Yang and his team are well ahead of any other integrative medicine teams at each of the major hospitals. In addition his cost structure is significantly lower. I believe the Tao Clinic is vastly superior in every regard. Finally, within the other areas of integrative medicine including such areas as the microbiome, herbal medicine, meditative techniques, etc. represents another area of significant strength of Tao's Clinics overall expertise. Again in these specialties, Dr Yangs practice is significantly ahead of any other provider that I've investigated. I have also recommended the Tao Clinic to my family members and friends, and the reports have been stellar, just as my experience has been. Also, see the popular book written by Dr Yang, "Facing East", to obtain a better understanding of all things Eastern Medecine and all topics relating to Integrative Medicine."
"They only care about getting your money. The psychiatrist does not give feedback or advice, just sits there. He checks his phone constantly as you talk to him. He will push his book on you, suggesting you buy it from the front desk. Front desk staff is clueless. They can not keep track of appointments or payments. If you do go there, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! The only helpful person is the acupuncture specialist - name is Jason. He is very informative and caring, a good listener. In the end, I went 2-3 times weekly for 3 months with no improvement of my pain levels. Shame on me for not leaving sooner."
