"I had two procedures scheduled without difficulty by the central scheduling office, one on a Monday (ultrasound), the other (CT scan) the following day. The Monday one went so smoothly and efficiently that my parking receipt showed it was only 38 minutes from driving into the lot until I was paying to drive home. The next day was even better - no charge for parking (!) because it was only 24 minutes total time. Both procedures were handled with very professionally, with courtesy and care by the staff. All in all, an excellent experience."

"When I arrived for my MRI on the 05-17-22’ date, I was told it was cancelled by the main scheduling team . The girl worked very hard to get me set up again quickly @Bryn Mawr . SinceI was angry , I decided o come back on the 19th, today. Mornings are a good time to come ! What a difference, after the pandemic, I think these tests are more intimidating then usual. I always hate the loud noises from the machine, but the ear plugs and music helped some. Also, some Valium from my Dr. The girls were great all the way from the intake to registration to the technicians in the back. Concerned for my well- being throughout. Will be back again.! However central scheduling for 10 hospitals is in need of some work."

"They cancelled my MRI appt the day before my appt as my referral had the wrong address for their facility. I was told that the finance department could not reach me even though there were no messages on my phone. The finance office instructed the scheduling office to cancel me. I CAN'T WALK DUE TO MY INJURED KNEE. Without an MRI, I can't get the care I need. But, all they care about is their bottom line. Ironically, a quick call to my insurance is all that is needed to change the referral. I WILL NEVER UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. Financial decisions are more important than good medical practice and basic communication."

"Loved the welcome I received from the front desk ladies, especially Lisa and the young lady who took my insurance. They were both professional and efficient, yet personable -helping feel comfortable in a stressful situation. I have not gone back for my MRI yet-further review to come."

"In my opinion this is a substandard service. I was promised a call with the mammogram results the following day. No-one called me. My doctor called me a week later to tell me the results weren't right and i needed to reschedule. I called them immediately to reschedule. Held on the phone for 30mins . They say they can't reschedule (?) but will call me back. They then don't bother calling back despite promises. I've called every day and don't get anywhere. Just a lot of hold music and promises of amazing service. Absolutely awful. My health does not feel in safe hands in their hands."
