"I walked in initially to get coffee beans as a gift for a friend. I'm a tea enthusiast. I stayed and ordered tea because the baristas were very knowledgeable about their tea selection and methods of preparation. A very pleasant surprise, will have to come back again."

It ticks all the boxes of an A+ coffee shop: excellent coffee (like seriously good coffee -- they know their coffee) and nice pastries (from Gingered Peach!). And the Staff really foster a sense of community -- the mythical place where everyone knows your name."

"I did not get to try that many places during my short weekend trip to Princeton, but out of the ones that I had, @rojosroastery was definitely my favorite! My cappuccino had an acidic flavor of the espresso shot and a good amount of frothy milk. So awesome!"
