"They apparently decide they can open and close at the will of the employees, Got there a half an hour after it was supposed to open and i’m Standing outside of the store like an Idiot knocking on the door because there’s an employee just Staring at me not acknowledging me whatsoever, finally came over and yelled WE OPEN AT 11 and turned around instantly and walked away. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful to waste multiple of your customers (based on reviews) time and to be so rude in confronting them."

"Traveled 45 minutes to this store for a young kid to tell me they are closed. It was 5:55pm. Since when do stores make up their own hours??? Many others were surprised too. This is absurd. The store in Lawrenceville, NJ is trash and unsafe. And now this one makes their own hours and closes at 6 pm on a Thursday during peak Holiday Shopping time. Their sign was even dark and not lit. Very disappointed and will no longer shop here. Your FIVE BELOW name is even false advertising now since almost all of the items you sell are $5 and above so more like FIVE ABOVE. Good luck."

"Google says they close at 10pm today. Drove all the way here from work to find out it’s closed with no warning other than a piece of paper that wasn’t even on the door just in a random window and no explanation on it. It’s the holiday season and people work and try to get errands done around that. Update your google if you’re going to be randomly closed for no reason at all. ***Update waited a week to come back. Google says they are open until 11pm. Get there at 6pm and it’s got a sign on the door that says closes at 6. Very inconvenient during Christmas time to have the wrong hours posted and to never be open. Apparently no one actually works at this location clearly."

"Stopped here for a phone charger. Ended up buying a couple other things while here.(Always seems to happen.) Store location is ok needs better organization."
