"I'm giving it three stars because the selection and prices are good but checking out is a nightmare. It doesn't matter if you go on a Monday morning or weekend afternoon, make sure you bring a snack while you wait in line 20 mi uses or so. Usually only one cashier and a line of 7 or more people most with cart full. It's frustrating to get out of there!"

"I did not know exactly what I was shopping for when I walked in, other than a themed gift box that I was going to put together with a few small items. What surprised me, is not only was I able to find exactly the perfect assortment of gifts for a gardener friend...but also the impressive customer service. At the check out line, I was behind someone in a scooter due to some disability. The cashier went out of his way to show the lady to an easier accessible register. He could have stayed at the register he was at, and the person in the scooter would be able to manage. However, he took the extra steps, and the courtesy to offer her an easier checkout experience. It was a kind gesture, and the cashier obviously knew a thing or two about customer service. I encountered a pleasant check out experience as well only moments later."

"I truly enjoy Home Goods. It’s part bargain hunter’s paradise, part boutique, and part big box store. There’s always something new and everything I have purchased at Home Goods has been well made and reasonably priced. There’s also plenty of seasonal items available throughout the year. I love the kitchen section and have found great deals on high end cookware at bargain prices. I have a set of bowls from Home Goods that have held up better than my expensive Anthropologie plates."
