"Do yourself a favor and just go buy a new appliance or go to a reputable store. We purchased a used washer / dryer combo from Alvarado Appliances for $500. We used it a handful of times before it started making an awful noise and then the dryer completely broke just as the 3 month warranty was over. Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. Also they do not have anyone in the store to help load the appliances into the truck and he basically threw it into the back of our truck and scratched it."
"STAY AWAY!!!!. I bought a fridge, and in 9 months, it stopped working. Inside in the back panel is freezing and now theres frost coming through the panel. I looked into the issue, and it's not a simple fix. I explained to them what I discovered and I was told that, that brand of fridge has that issue. Yet they still put it out on the floor for purchase. I tried to resolve this and I asked if they would be willing to take it back and that I would take another and pay the difference. Their response was no. I lost $700 and never again. Buying an appliance from them and hoping it works long-term is a roll of the dice."
