"The worst Rainbow Shop! The workers do not have any customer service skills. They lock the doors to the store 20 minutes early before closing. They are very ignorant. I had a return to process before leaving the country for a funeral and they refused to open the door when I stood outside and called on the phone and spoke to Christina at 9:15pm. To make it worst, she answered the phone and said Hello like I was calling her personal phone. I had to ask her if I was calling Rainbow Shop. I will be on the phone with cooperate and the owners Monday morning. They Will Not Get Anymore of my Money at all. Also, they do not let customers use the fitting rooms. Everybody cannot work at a job that has to deal with customers."

"Dirty! Clothes all over the floors everywhere.Dressing rooms full of boxes and clothing racks so there's no room for people to try anything on. Cashiers are on their cell phones while the lines are super long!"

"Cashiers need better customer service skills. Making sure the customer is happy is more important than keeping a buck or two for the store. Rainbow can make that back in spades. U could lose long time customers who spent hundreds over the years because of poor customer service satisfaction/skills. Rainbow's been in business too long for poor service over a buck. Retail 101 means aim to please the customer comes first not the store."

"Rude cashiers. Rude customers. They dont know how to form a line. Cashiera too slow and have no mannera. The clothes are thin, cheap, and break easily. This place should be shut down or put under better management. The place is too crowded and hard.to get through the asiles."
