"Very nice clothes and jackets but VERY poor customer service. The store worker was not interested in her job or helping me with anything. She closed the window curtains and said she was closing in 10 minutes, which the website states they close at 6:30. Thats 1 hour and a half earlier than shown. The instragm showed 1 price and I was charged another. A waist of a 2+ hour drive. Let's do better!"

"Delivery time is too long. 1-3 weeks. No way and you don’t have any options for faster delivery. I stand corrected I placed my order and it came within 3business days. I’m assuming that the 1-3 weeks is the longest it could take. When I received my item it didn’t quite fit. I notified Mabel and Marie fashions. They told me to return the item and they will exchange the item. I sent my order back on a Thursday they received it on Monday and my exchange order was sent out first thing Tuesday with no hassle. I am very satisfied with the professionalism of their customer service. Also the quality of the material for the sweatsuits are EXCELLENT!! I love it and it’s very comfortable. Well worth the price! I will definitely be shopping with Mabel Marie Fashions again!!"

"It’s a week away from my birthday.I wanted to get a mable Marie hoodie for the outfit and got here around 12:10 went up there and she still was not open.How are people going to have good business with you , if you are not on time ? Edited:If you do have Instagram she updates her times on Instagram to let you know what time her store opens , because the one on google or safari is not true it’s usually around like 2 or 3 o’clock it’s a different time every day so just check her Instagram story for the times! I finally got mines !"

"I ordered from them back on May 18 because I wanted to support black businesses. My order never came after 3 weeks I contacted them they said the order would be sent out . I then received a tracking number for FedEx I tracked the packaged it said it was supposed to be delivered last Saturday and it wasnt when I go on FedEx site it says that it was delivered when it was not I stayed home from work because it said that I needed to sign for it . I never did because it never cam the FedEx person I guess put my name on whatever and kept the package or delivered to the wrong address name is misspelled and all I have sent them 3 emails since Saturday about this and no one have yet to reply to my email I ront even want the stuff at this point just refund my money this is absolutely ridiculous and you guys really need to work on your customer service needless to say first and last time ."
