"This place is the absolute worst. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I have been waiting to get my car back for almost a month and all they are suppose to be doing is putting tires and rim . No one ever calls you back and you literally have to get upper management to get a response back. If I could give them negative stars I would!"

"Honestly, I’m had a few problems with Toyota Waldorf in general. I didn’t notice this until I came home the same day of picking up and I said F it I’m not going to say anything BUT it’s really bothering me. Overall, I’m so glad the bumper is secure but now I have a dent on the right side of my car and scuff marks on the left side and what is this light on for?! I know for a fact neither was there at first because I have pictures but I feel like I’m complaining. It’s been a weekend since the ordeal and I don’t know what to say or do smh."

"Lisa at Waldorf Collision center Is awesome. She kept me informed of my vehicle and she returns phones calls. I had something on front grill of my vehicle. I called her and explain to her what it was. She ask me to bring it in and she took a look and had her tech to take care of the issue. She so compassionate and very understanding. "The collision center does great work and provides decent service. But I would not have my Toyota serviced at Waldorf Toyota. They are crooks and outright dishonest! I took my car in for a diagnostic and they told me that I needed a new hybrid transmission, nearly $8K in work. I asked the service rep if they were able to start the car and they said yes, but when I get there it would not start. I come back and wait hours to get someone to jump the car, because the rep said they would send a tech and no one came. I come back again and they finally get a tech with a portable Jumpstart tool that was obviously not charged so of course it would NOT start. I come back again and meet a tow company there to tow it. The tow company had a portable Jumpstart tool and the car started up immediately after having sat over two months. In the end, I only needed a startup battery which was a little over $300. I got another diagnostic elsewhere after replacing the battery and there were no issues or codes. I will never take my car to Waldorf Toyota ever again!"

You may see a duplicate review from me but it only underlines the fact that I’m really happy with Tim and his staff at Waldorf collision center.
