"Recently I had a flat tire one night as I was coming from Glory Days. It caused me to have to pull over into the Cheltenham gas station at 1:30 in the morning. The station was closed and I could get no help from there so I called my insurance company and had someone come and help. The following day I took my car to Valvoline where I was greeted well and treated well as they replaced my tire. UPDATE: The tire I got from them began to have a slow leak and because I did not buy road hazard insurance they could do nothing for me. I went back later and had a matching tire places on the other side of my car. THAT DAY, I took a long ride only to discover that my front end was shaking. Mind you, when I purchased the tire, I had it spin balanced, which the service manager recommended to prevent front end shaking. Due to the time of day I could not take the car back. The following day, I took the car back and told him of the problem. He said he did not think it was the tire and I would need to replace my two rear tires. After a brief conversation that was going nowhere, I left, never to return. So my recommendation has changed. If you find this information helpful, DO NOT GO THERE. They believe you know nothing about cars and their word is final. Thank God for this ability to alert others of unfair and unacceptable mechanical service. I now go someplace else. It is hard to find good reliable service. Where did the 70s go, where mechanics loved FIXING cars and good service was the reason for your return to the station of choice. Today, they break or loosen things on your car that require that you see a mechanic and they hope that you come to them. Do what you will and give where you want. This is my review."
