"I have an appointment at 3pm for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early (2:35) and the manager stated that they can't take me in until 3 but I will be done by 4 pm. I’ve waited until 4:35 when they finally took my vehicle in. I waited until 5:35 when the manager approached me to apologize for waiting that long and to inform me that they didn't do the tire rotation on my vehicle. I asked what did they do? Just the oil change and he’s giving me 20% discount the next oil change. He explained that they have new employees that being trained in the Bay. For an oil change, 3 hours waisted. I observed to a window that people in the Bay area spend more time smoking, using cellphone and chit chatting instead on focusing on there job."

"Very bright, clean, welcoming environment from the time you enter the door. Great customer service and professionalism across the board. Overheard their interactions with every customer that came in… They make it such a comfortable experience, because they explain everything to you about your vehicle, so you can make an educated decision. Great family-like environment! I think I’ve just found my new car care home!!!"

"Yesterday was my first visit to Wiygul to get the scheduled maintenance done on my F150. I was impressed with the professional environment and the knowledgeable staff. I really liked the multi-point inspection they do which is standard along with having your oil change. I will be re-visiting Wiygul in the future and will also recommend them to others I know."

"Today is my birthday, I had to take my husbands truck to get fixed. I went to the location on 11/6 to request service. On this day I didn’t have an appointment and was told to come back at 11. Went back at 11 and was told they didn’t connect a part properly the last time which made the check engine light come on. They recommended another repair and I made an appointment for 7:30 the following day. Got there bright and early to drop off the car. I asked the lady how long will it take and she said 2.5 to 3 hours. This was fine by me but I told her I needed it back before 12pm because it’s my birthday. She said I should be fine by then. At 11 I called to check in and was told they hadn’t started on the vehicle. According to the guy he had to order parts, my point is I made this appointment the day before at 10AM. The lack of communication is annoying and he caught an attitude stating I can just come and get it. This is not the first time this establishment has taken our vehicle all day and not performed service. The last time the manager or owner had to get involved. The staff is polite on arrival but have no conflict resolution skills. Now I may have to take a Uber to celebrate my day and they seemed to not care."
