"Renewed my faith in Jiffy Lube. Had a previous BAD experience with the store in Fredericksburg. Waldorf absolutely brought back the Love for Jiffy Lube. Prompt, Professional, Fair, and VERY Nice. I will be returning to their store monthly. This is for Service on my Diesel Truck, they had the knowledge and weren't scared to perform the services. Great Experience"

"Employees at this location were exceptionally polite compared to most other experiences I have had across Charles County. In addition to their great customer service, they were quick. Of course the time varies according to how many customers are in line. However, I wasn't left feeling like they had to pump my oil out of the ground before they could do the oil change. I will be returning to this Jiffy Lube before taking my car back to the dealership."

"Service was quick. Employees were friendly and attentive. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they put on the receipt that I declined to get my car vacuumed. I know this is a complimentary but I definitely didn’t decline this service. My oil change was $115 and it would’ve been nice if they vacuumed because I definitely needed it!"
