The management team of Eric and Chris found the item needed to be replaced to still be under warranty and have the manufacturer sending the part ASAP. Well the part arrived and the extremely knowledgable technician Tony installed it and it is working tremendously. Tony knew the product inside and out, was very respectful of my property and completed the task in the estimated time. He was one of the best technicians I have ever seen. "We unexpectedly lost heat due our 8 yr old propane heater burning out. We had been with another company in the area that we had become dissatisfied with, and when we reached out to Longacre, they were happy to get us on their schedule asap by prioritizing the need, and servicing their regular customers. When the serviceman came (a very polite and well trained young man named Ben), he assessed the situation quickly, and was very clear and concise about our options. He and Cody (in the office), made sure the warrantied parts were here as soon as possible, and sent a crew out as soon as the part arrived (I believe it was two days). We are now going to be a regular customer with Longacre."

We worked with Darin to design our new kitchen, he was very helpful walking us through the process.
