"Called and they were able to come same day. Chris, the technician was very professional. Explained what the problem was and showed broken part that needed to be replaced. Had replacement parts in his van so was able to fix the stove right then. He had to move the stove out and swept behind it for us before sliding it back into place. Great customer service!"
"First off when Chris the technician showed up the first thing I noticed was he had booties on over his boots. To me it showed he cared about the customer and not to get anything on my carpets. Second was working on my washing machine he run every tests he could to make sure he knew exactly what the problem was before replacing the broken clutch underneath. Works like brand new now.
