"Neighbors are ignorant and use all washing machines and dryers at one time. Management is also rude. Dominique was great when she was in charge but whoever the guy is who works in the leasing office is rude and not helpful at all. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. They finally paved Lamont Ave but The parking lots are full of potholes still. these apartments are OK but for the price we have no amenities. No dishwasher or washer and dryer in unit. Maintenance is great though and very helpful. They’ve always fixed things very quickly."

"Pros: -Main office staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly -It's a dead end so there's not much traffic noise -My apt was bright and spacious -The grounds are nice to walk around -Parking was very easy, plenty of space -Pretty safe-feeling community Cons: -Can hear loud squeaking when upstairs neighbors walk around, can hear their phones ring, can hear every word they say, not to mention if neighbors play music, watch tv, or have people over. It's loud since there's no noise insulation between units (even on the sides) and the floorboards are so squeaky. This is the main reason for a low rating. -Was stressful to have pets here since maintenance enters units extremely frequently for required random upkeep on weekdays -Noise from leaf blowers and mowers very frequently -Expensive -Mostly views of parking lots and other apt buildings unless you're lucky to get one facing trees -No laundry in unit -Roads full of potholes"

"Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, I’ve had virtually no issues living here and I’ve been here for a while. Maintenance is quick and the longest I’ve ever had to wait was 4 days. We’ve had zero issues with bugs or temperature problems. They usually update apartments as tenants move out so I just happened to get a kitchen with brand new appliances, but it differs based on the unit. Most neighbors are friendly and respectful. We are close to municipal buildings and an intersection so you do hear occasional sirens and cars revving. Aside from that I’d 100% recommend this complex to anyone looking for a slightly more affordable, well maintained garden apartment."
