"Overall, things are getting worse at this place. I'm not sure if the culprit is management (trying to save a buck) or the quality of the staff. Lately, they do not pick up the phone (for anything) or call you back if you leave a message. In addition, one building suffers from heating issues. In the winter, your options are "Sahara Desert" or "Artic Pole" mode. nothing in between. Also, one building suffers from water infiltration. They claim is rain water seeping in from the outside walls of the building... and finally, bug infestations! They don't seem to care."
"They do absolutely nothing for their residents. It's a very miserable place where someone can get lonely quick unless they plan to stay busy in other ways and leave the property every chance they get."
