"Wouldn't recommend this place to live, the Apartments are small, they convert a one bedroom into a two bedroom by turning the dining room into a bedroom, they have mice and the manager tells everyones business to other tenants, and it's not a safe environment, someone recently got murdered there!!!! Rent is too high for the size of the Apartments, moved to a much larger apartment with better amenities"

Really clean and quiet. apartments are spacious and in good district for school. close to seven / 11, kmart, doctors offices, hospital, laundry mats, and Foley's food store as well. 295 north and south close route to apartments as well. Gas station right down the street Delta. It is not expensive live here good price range for rent. Lived here now going on three years it is good place any emergency happens any medical emergency ambulance comes quick it is close distant to Hamilton Village."

"Overall this apartment community is well kept and maintained, the manager and superintendent are not the most professional of people. The superintendent has expressed his racial views by calling tenants the "N" word in the middle of the community while intoxicated. The manager has discussed other tenants personal business to other tenants which is so against the Landlord/Tenant act. I would reccommend removal of the two and replace with more professional people."
