"I moved into the apartment about a month ago and I’d say I’m very pleased. The leasing agent was very welcoming and very informative when it came to knowing more about the apartment I’d rent. The area is pretty quiet and there are a lot of stores that are walking distance. I have nothing negative to say."

"Labor Gardens is a quiet, affordable, spacious place to live. It is located near major highways for convenient travel. Angelique is a wonderful property manager. She made the move, for me, painless and fast. Angelique is prompt with her response of questions and concerns. She is always nice, well spoken, and takes the time to get to know you. If it wasn't for her, this place would lose a star in the review, maybe even two."

"I scheduled a tour for this complex and my experience with the leasing agent was not pleasant. I told her that I booked an appointment to get a tour and the only she said was “you know that the apartment is not going to be available until the end of April?” I said that I was aware of that information and she was not welcoming and unpolite. Then after she gave me the quote for the cost of moving which is around $ 4,100 and then she said that the apartment that I would be renting doesn’t have an AC unit and I asked her why? She said “just we don’t have it.” So the rent is $1,375.00 and with no AC ? . Then I proceeded to take look on the second floor “model room” and I didn’t event want to see the rest of the apartment. I drove about 1 hr from Monmouth and the zone where is located it’s very trashy."
