"Denied for no rhyme or reason, refuses to give a reason and won’t answer the phone so in other words was basically robbed for $100. Not to mention the seriously overpriced rent for such a small apartment that doesn’t even include a microwave. Don’t recommend it. Know somebody that use to live there and didn’t care for the price either. No in unit laundry and must pay to use laundry rooms. Overall better off looking elsewhere"

"Lived in the apartment complex for a year and never once had any real issues. The maintenance of the apartment and complex was fantastic and the location is great! Close enough to everything you need. Deena was fantastic! she was really easy to communicate with and did everything necessary to respond accordingly to any need or questions i had for her! She was amazing!"

"We have lived here for the past year and a half and it’s such a great place to live! Wendy is the most amazing property manager! As well as Craig and Dave who are always happy to help with any problems we may have! We love that there are 2 playgrounds, a tennis court, basketball court, and a picnic area with grills we have made great use of all that in our time living here! They have also offered nights where they do a movie under the star in the lawn on a projector with snacks! I highly recommend living here!!"

"I lived here 1 year and would have stayed longer if not for a new job. These garden apartments are spacious with incredible closet space, and the renovated apartments give the place a modern look. Rent is affordable. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a non-urgent maintenance request and the machines in the laundry are always readily available. It's a quiet community that's great for people of all ages. Would highly recommend!"

"My husband and I have lived here for about 8 months now and we love it. The area is perfect. You have everything that you need close by. We love how quick and effective the maintenance team is when we need them. The property manager is also great! Her name is Wendy and she is literally the BEST property manager that I have ever dealt with. She replies very quickly to my emails whenever I need to speak with her. She makes sure that my concerns are always taken care of!! Love her! If you are looking for a quiet and friendly apartment complex, I would definitely recommend Royal Crest Apartments!!"
