"Since being taken over by new management, there is definitely a big difference. Dave and the staff, including maintenance are doing great, and they answer questions and get on top of things immediately. Stopped in today to get my lease papers, everything was explained and Dave answered every question I had. Hopefully things continue to improve moving forward. K. Snook"

"The new owners are doing a great job, they answer the phone with courtesy and if you get the answering machine they promptly return your call. Special shout out to Shana she is caring and very well spoken and can answer any question you give her. If I had to do a comparison to the previous owners I’d say Night/Day. In this short period of time Ive had three issues in which all three were promptly taken care of!!! Great job Dave and his staff!!"

"I will say they are improving and trying their best, I had a real bad plumbing issue an hour ago and BILLY from maintenance came quickly and fixed the toilet. Old management was horrible yes but the new management is moving quicker than the last owners ."

"This place has gotten worse throughout the years. Now you have people that can't pay their rent out here constantly drinking out side and starting fights (looks ghetto). now adults are even arguing with kids that are running around unsupervised starting fights. it has become ghetto. you put in a ticket for repairs and maintaince is no where to be found. police are constantly out here because they are constantly being called because of the chaos not because they patrol the neighborhood."
