"For my very first apartment experience, it seems that I lucked into one of the best ones ever. To explain a little, the staff is very accommodating when you first meet them and even when they change, the customer service is still top tier. Living here for over 2.5 years, the maintenance seems to be on point as well with my experience. I once had a leaking toilet and after a reasonable amount times to repair it, they replaced with a brand new one within 24/48 hours. Overall, if you are looking for an apartment and it might be your first time renting, this place would be your best bet. Would I stay at this place again in my lifetime if I had the chance? 100%."

"Property management and manager are responsive and impressive, they are paying good effort to maintain the community well. Maintenance staff are good and responsive. Excellent place to stay for families. I would give 5 star for maintenance, safety, place and community. I would like to refer my friends as a renter. rent and overall maintenance charges are slight more, will give 3 star. I would rate Overall 4.5 stars."

"We Love living at Summit Apt Homes. The apts are SUPER Sound Proof. So Clean, Love the layout. The Neighbors are Nice. The Area is Perfect, so close to Everything! Feel Safe! I love taking my dog for a walk around the lake. They Spray Regularly for bugs, which keeps them away (very woodsy) Maintenance Always comes So Quickly! Never had Any Problems! The Communication with the Admin staff is AMAZING! Amanda & Laura are the BEST! I would Definitely Recommend anyone to make this their home!!!"

"Having been a resident here along with my child for the past 2.5 years, I can say this is a very comfortable and safe place to be. We love going on walks together throughout the neighborhood. There are playgrounds that are in walking or driving distance nearby. We have our own appliances here, such as laundry and dishwasher. It's very convenient and saves a trip going out to a laundromat, and saves time hand washing all dishes every time. Whenever a maintenance issue occurs, the workers service my apartment as soon as possible. They do whatever they can to resolve problems as they arise. Amanda and Laura from office management have always been very diligent and attentive when I've needed assistance. When I have questions and concerns, I have always been taken care of. They are very pleasant to interact with. These ladies value communication, getting to the root of problems, and resolving them. Also, the community gets notified via email and/or text regarding upcoming events to keep residents in the loop of what is happening. I'm very thankful for our cozy little home."

"After months of looking for a new place to call home I came across this very private, friendly and well maintained development. I cant express enough about the great staff. Amanda and Laura. Yes, leadership starts from the top and trickles down. This being said, Amanda was very polite, welcoming and took the extra steps to accommodate what I was looking for and even change her schedule to accommodate mine. I did change my mind on the unit and she finally got me into what I wanted. Fully renovated unit with brand new appliances (Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove). Wall to wall carpet with today’s looks including a breakfast bar. The very first unit of its kind. Next; Her number 2, Laura is also very kind and accommodating as well. Any issues I have had, such as a door sticking or letting my daughter gain entrance when I wasn’t home, she communicated either phone or email and was very prompt. Outstanding to both. Amanda and Laura. Maintenance: Good job on their part as well as they’re always on call 24 hours a day. Not one issue as they get the job done. I highly recommend this very nice, friendly and safe place as a potential home. You won’t be disappointed."
