"Pet friendly. Room was marginally clean. Hard surface floors are great. But there was SO much pet excrement outside it was impossible to walk your pet and not step in it. And then track it in. So everyone is stepping in it. At 8 am shower was cold. And you had to run around under it to get wet. Common areas seemed clean and well attended. Check in clerk was great."

"Laquinta has always been an all time fave for my friends and family. Great service, rooms, friendly staff until my sister went to check in the other day. Already paid through priceline a woman ill call "H" denied their stay. My sister and our elderly mother could stay but for some reason my brother in law couldn't but was listed for check in?!? They've been repeat customers for years! I am very disgusted at how they were treated by this woman. Priceline was also on their side and refunded the money quickly. I'd give zero stars if I could! In the past year, their hospitality has gone down hill. There's many other great places to stay in the area. Avoid this place"

"From the start, when we checked in, it was a red flag. When we walked in I stepped into the other room, we had a 2 king suite, I noticed the floor lamp wasn’t propped right. It was leaning. I have 3 kids and I didn't want them to get injured so I placed it in the closet and informed the front desk. They promised they would make a note and we began to unpack our car. The next day we all took showers. We noticed that the shower curtains were made a thing fabric that water flowed right through it. The hotel manager reprimanded me next day about the excess use of towels. I told him about the shower curtain and he informed me that no other guest has ever complained about that and that if we continue to use them we will be charged for it. So even though we were there a week I had to stagger showers and reuse the wet ones on the floor since we weren't allowed to get new ones. Also my son who is 3 accidentally lightly peed the covers. I brought them to the front and the mattress was not wet, they tried to charge me $150, but they did take the incidental fee of $75 for their broken lamp that we didn't break. They are refusing to refund us that money. I swept the floors and wiped down the counters. These people are so rude and thieves. Do not come here."

"I've stayed here a few times now on road trips up and down the East Coast. Each experience has been a bit different, but dependable. This trip I'm noting that rooms on the first floor have very high ceilings - makes the large space feel even larger. Friendly staff and clean rooms keep me coming back."

"I honestly thought this would be an amazing hotel based off the outside appearance and some of the reviews. But for my first time coming there, I can truly say this is a horrible hotel, they’re very discriminatory toward African Americans. This hotel lacks completely in any type of customer service or cleanliness. The manager Rushi is a very sadistic person who tries to extort from people who have booked online for a room and he will try to make you pay 2x. Just overall a horrible experience and an embarrassment to Wyndham if you’d ask me. Wish I knew other hotels in this area to recommend, but anywhere but here is the best. With one million percent honesty, this place is not it. Also look out for there ants , they’re normally in the AC/heat unit so when you turn heat on you smelling burning bugs. You’ll start to see them on top and around the unit also. Avoid leaving clothes or bags on the unit, Ants will try to crawl on your stuff. Stay safe and beware of this hotel."
