"Very bad experience for 5 years. The kitchen roof was leaking for 3 years and they never fixed it properly. Whenever you go to the office they don't listen to you and give excuses that the computer is not working and the manager is busy doing work for the corporate. After moving out I know what was the condition of my house but they added some damage charges which I don't agree with and asked them to see the proof but they can't share it with me. They talked to me very rudely and had made up their mind already to not talk to me. I said I can wait or talk to someone who is not busy so they said they'll say the same thing and did not listen to me. They seem to have problem with people of colour. I suffered due to leakage for 3 years and lived here for 5 years in total. They never compensated for my suffering and instead when I moved out they came after me with wrong charges. I should have sued the community for making me live in that condition for 3 years. Sharing roof leakage which was not fixed for 3 years."
