"I recently moved out of The Royal Worthington and had a great experience up until the move-out process. Despite leaving my apartment in excellent condition with no damages, management is withholding my security deposit to cover additional fees that were not outlined in my lease agreement. When I attempted to address these charges and request clarification, the property manager was not able to show me where in the lease these fees were listed as standard. Clear communication and transparency are essential for a positive renting experience, and their absence in this situation has left me dissatisfied. The apartment itself was well-maintained and in a great location. However, the lack of integrity displayed during the move-out process tarnished my perception of this complex."

"I’ve had the pleasure of living in the Royal Worthington twice (once in 2018 and returned in 2021) and wholly recommend living there if you can. The location is phenomenal with pretty much everything you need within a mile radius and they take incredible care of their property. Communication is clear and the staff is honest and hard working. The other residents are friendly and come from all walks of life. I’ve since moved out of Pennsylvania but if I ever move back I know I’ll look here first."

"The Royal Worthington Apartment is Truly Royal, and I would consider this as the best luxury resort in Pennsylvania. Reasonable rent, Great location, Awesome view, close to Target, Wegmans and restaurants. The apartment is clean with excellent amenities (including awesome media center). We are so glad we found this apartment with serene atmosphere. The entire staff managed by Lindsay are very friendly. Lindsay, Brittany and Beth are always there to take care of all concerns. All maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. I will highly recommend this place and will give all stars for making our stay in Malvern memorable. Thank you, Worthington Team."

"You can't help but feel like you've stepped into a luxurious hotel. The lobby and amenities are top notch. The decor is fabulous down to every detail. Sort of modern retro art decor with a glamorous undertone. The two BBC bedroom I visited was spacious with notably large bathrooms and closets. All of this with shopping in short walking distance. A must see/live if you are in the market for an upscale apt in this area."
