"Does not have the best interests of their customers at heart. In the midst of a snow/ice storm they refused to make an exception to let us stay the night. Must be 21+ to check in, even though we are less than a year away from being of age. We completely understand age restrictions but when it is between putting our lives at risk and making a small exception for one night they could be have been more accommodating. Whoever owns and manages this property should do so with more care."

"All was great and it was amazing here until.... you guessed it, bugs. I found 2 of these baby lantern flies in my room this morning. I DIDN'T PAY FOR BUS TO STAY WITH ME! that must've been extra, cause i sure as hell didn't sign up for it. I understand 1, but what are the chances of 2 being in my room?! I go to the front desk and am told unfortunately there is nothing we can do, it's because of the trees outside. She then proceeds to tell me WE KNOW IT'S AN ISSUE AND THEY GET IN THROUGH THE AC UNITS! >_"

"The pillow were very soft which is to be expected from hotel. We some how got upgraded to a bigger room which is good. The rooms were still tight. The pool was small but heated which was nice. The food was ok. The elevators made weird noises sometimes that was a little concerning."

"It’s 12:48am and it’s too loud. We’re staying directly above the terrace where there is a spill over crowd from TWO wedding parties. Loud music, obnoxious yelling all being allowed until their reservation ends at 1:30am. So much for getting sleep tonight. I asked the front desk guy what can we do, he said he can’t do anything, he didn’t book this, blamed the sales manager, while raising his voice at me and saying the only other option is to check me out. Ummmm… I’m the customer and wanting to sleep is not a big ask and I have three kids who have early tournaments in the morning starting at 8am. So I equally raised my voice to match his tone and he storms off yelling and slamming the office door. What’s worse? Uncontrolled alcohol distribution and consumption. There were cases of beer all around the lobby and no server or bartender present. Who’s moderating the consumption? What if someone gets drunk and drives off? Huge liability issue. Someone should look into this hotel operation especially government authorities. It seems like the hotel wanted to sell two wedding parties while screwing with everyone else who’s staying here and risking drunk drivers on the road. I’m a frequent traveler and never had this experience in my life. Next up… contacting corporate."

"I checked into this hotel after my original hotel decided to give away my wheelchair accessible room. I had a great rate given to me here and that’s why I chose this hotel. I am retired military and a Bonvoy member, so the rate was great. After the first night, I was switched to a fully accessible wheelchair room, I myself am in a wheelchair. I was told the rate would stay the same and that I didn’t have to worry about it. When I received my first statement, I went downstairs and spoke with the staff. The general manager, Aja, assured me that she was fixing it and that everything would be fine. When we checked out the next day, the rates weren’t fixed and I was charged close to $300 more than what I was promised. I have called and left numerous messages for the manager over the last month and I haven’t even received the courtesy of a phone call or email, let alone a resolution of the issue. Although the amenities were nice and the staff was nice, I will never stay here again due to their poor sense of customer service and resolution."
