I had a really bad experience with the first realtor that helped me with this process two years ago so I was very skeptical about the process this time around but I got really lucky when they assigned me to work with Steve. He is great to work with and he is very responsive. He referred me to a plumber that did a fantastic job so Steve is also a great resource. He goes above and beyond. The tenant noticed during the walkthrough that the doorbell was not functioning so he informed me of a great affordable doorbell option that was being sold at Lowe’s.
