"0 stars if possible. The "townhomes" are subpar, old appliances, rancid smells, stuck in the 90s. For the price of rent I would expect much better. O yeah and wait until you want to progress in life and want to purchase your own home. They do whatever possible to not allow you to leave, making you pay extra because they didn't document correctly? Make sense. 6 years never late on a payment, never caused any issues, kept front of property and home clean. Please do better especially for tenants who upheld their end of the deal! I do not recommend this community!"
"There’s are multiple reasons why I would not recommend this complex to anyone in search of a place to call home: 1. Parking is a huge issue. Often you will find yourself scrambling to find a spot anywhere close to your unit. There is no order/assigned parking/visitors spots. It’s a free for all, total mess. 2. Shoveling/Plow/Snow removal- often times there are delays or no salt laying occurring prior to winter storms. This is extremely dangerous considering some of the stairs to unit buildings & parking lots. 3. Maintenance/Overall unit conditions- as far as moving in if your appliances are sub par the hope of any updates while living in unit is a fantasy. My partner had an issue with an appliance and the “replacement” washer was almost worse than the original broken appliance. Interior is extremely dated. 4. Noise/smells/privacy- the walls in these units are paper thin. If your neighbor is cooking dinner- no worries you’ll be able to not only smell it but hear every conversation going on while it’s being made. If they do utilize the fire places (which are not serviced appropriately) your home will smell like something is burning. Exhaust appears to come through upstairs Bathroom vents. But make sure you smoke your cigarette 100 yards away? 5. Safety- There was a shooting that took place in the development. It was extremely concerning. In addition, there was known keying of cars in lot. (But god for bid there was a basketball net for the kids to play on in the lower lot HUGE SAFETY ISSUE) 6. Professionalism- is lack luster and that’s being generous. You will find that there are blurred lines when it comes to professionalism. To be expected when employees are also tenants. 7. ITS A TRAP- attempting to end a lease is quite the feat. Renewal is as easy as 1-2-3, but when trying to leave they provide zero help. Due to the lack luster approach to professionalism there are many barriers when it comes to communication. 8. Constant filtering of tenants. It’s never a good sign when you have people constantly moving in and right out. Some of the long time residents have decided that 2023 was the year to leave. It’s disheartening, however, for good reason. I hope they can learn to do better as a company and clean house. I will never recommend this property to anyone I know let alone care about. In this climate it is imperative for renters to find a secure and safe place to rent. This is not one."
"I wouldn’t recommend a stranger to live here for free. Maintenance is non existent, management treats you like an animal and they are not family oriented!! Management left my 13 year old daughter sitting on a curb for almost 4 hours in the dead of winter when she was locked out even after speaking with me and saying they would get her inside immediately. Absolute disgrace, dirty, overpriced and completely outdated."
"Love living here! This community is family oriented and feels like a very safe environment. Maintenance is incredibly helpful and prompt with requests. The price of living here is a great value for the space, location, amenities, and service. Highly recommend!"
"I enjoy the quietness & peace of the neighborhood. The size of our units are a pretty decent size. There are some complaints but aren’t there always anywhere you rent. All and all it is a very nice community & they take well care of the grounds."
