The Yards at Malvern

"I honestly love this apartment building. It’s beautiful and well maintained. Esmeralda, the cleaning lady, a super sweet dog whisperer of sorts, keeps the building spotless. Jason is prompt in responding to maintenance requests. If you face the courtyard, the staff ensures that everyone is out of there by 10 for quiet hours. Honestly, most residents seem pretty respectful of noise level and taking care of the space. The amenities rock. You can accomplish most workouts in the gym and there’s a pool table and golf simulator, if you’re working on your A game. I only have two gripes, but not enough to warrant losing a star. The first is the dog park, filled with pea gravel. It gets hot in the summer and also tears at my dog’s paws. I’m not sure what they were thinking with that. The second is the parking situation. I work late and often have difficulty finding a spot upon return, aside from the top level of the garage. I wish there were assigned spots for residents and designated spots for visitors."

"Great place to live - highly recommend. Staff is incredible - especially Jason. Worked weekends and holidays and was always there if something was wrong with the apartment. Apartment is resort style, clean, and quiet. Neighbors are nice too."

"I love the yards! Everyone here is very welcoming and friendly, and I love the amenities the apartment comes with! I use the gym, yoga room and Jacuzzi weekly and it is so convenient to have it right at home. This is a great place to live and I would recommend it!"

"I love living at The Yards! The staff is so friendly. The amenities are top-of-the-line: shuffle board, pool, hot tub, pool tables, golf simulator..etc. They host so many social events to bring the community together. I can't imagine a better place to call home!"
