"scheduled for an estimate between 6-630. he is no call no show. tried calling twice and went to voicemail. i got a call back a few minutes later and he said my number on a sheet got smudged. i get that. he said he’d be there in 10-15 minutes. i told him he had 15 minutes. shows up 20 minutes later, and i had to ask him to wear a mask. he told me that i needed to talk to him with respect, then he got in his car and drove away. i guess i didn’t realize that it was my fault he was late. sorry dude. i wish he saved us both a half hour by not showing."
