Crash Champions Collision Repair

"I personally would not use the Crash Champions in Bethlehem. I was told to bring my car in on a Thursday and they would get STARTED (not finished) on it sometime within the next month. I was upset to hear this information and wanted more answers as to why I couldn't be driving my car if they didn't have a plan to work on it yet. For every day that my car sits on their lot I have to pay for a rental. The young girl at the front desk made sure to reassure me that their company has plenty of clients so if I don't like the way she is speaking to me or the answers she is giving me then they don't need my business. When I went back to get my car there was an older gentleman that seemed to actual care and was upset to hear the information that I was provided with. However, unfortunately I had already decided that was not the company for me."

"Extremely disappointed in their work. This is what I picked up. This is a 2021 vehicle. I spoke to the manager and she said because it’s a tricoat which is hard to match. She said to make it match the whole car would have to be buffed. I was told to wait 2 weeks and if I am still unhappy then I can bring it back and they will “see what they can do”. Loved getting text message updates but just very disappointed in the work."

"@crash champions, I need a contact phone number for you, please. I had an appt for April 24th, 2023. Dropped my car off the night before. I was told the repairs would take 5 days. That Thursday I received a call that I could pick my vehicle up bc Crash Champions was still waiting for an acceptable replacement door. I picked my car up & dropped it off that next Sunday. My vehicle was done after 6 business days, not 5. When I arrived to my vehicle, I immediately noticed there was still a dent under my door handle. I looked closer and the pinstriping was in TWO pieces & the 2nd smaller piece was on an angle. They also put clear coat over my rear quarter panel to "blend it" with the new clear coat on my back door. When they did this, they turned an unnoticeable blemish, into a huge eye sore!! I brought this up before even leaving the lot and was told by Peter, that when clear coat is applied over previous damage, it seeps down into the scratches. This was of course only his, "humble opinion". I dropped my car off for a 3rd time to have the dent removed and the pinstriping fixed. On business day number TEN, I called Crash Champions asking for a status. I was told my car was being cleaned up & would be ready for pick up at 4:30 p.m. I assumed, the corner panel was being repaired since they had turned it into such an awful sight and had my vehicle for TEN business days! Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, the corner panel was untouched and get this, the pinstriping was again, in TWO PIECES!!!! Also, there was some sort of residue, like polishing compound, all over my door and my rear quarter panel. I thought they were just cleaning it up though....? I asked Peter what the issue was with the pinstriping and he of course, offered no real answer. When Peter was asked about the clear coat to the rear corner panel, he said that he "misspoke" & the quarter panel wasn't clear coated. Which is 100% a lie. You can clearly see it was if you look at the before pictures that Crash Champions took of my vehicle! & you can see the clear coat runs on the quarter panel!!"
