"I've been an Austin's customer for about ten years. I recommend them to anybody who'll listen. Why? Because they're honest -- stick to estimates 100%. They're friendly, helpful. When I moved to PA, I had a bad auto service experience: For inspection, they stuck a large nail in my tire and reported to me that I must have a new tire if I want to pass inspection. I bought the tire from them, but was angry. I went to AAA and in a friendly talk with the AAA person, Austin's was recommended. I tried them and have been with them ever since. How grateful I've been to the AAA person who recommended me!!!"

"A Great a company when you need them the most! TRUSTWORTHY - DEPENDABLE - PROFESSIONAL My daughter broke down with a flat tire late Friday evening, with a young child in her care. I called them after hours, used their emergency service option, spoke directly to their manager, and within 20 minutes the tow truck was assisting my daughter. When it meant the most, I genuinely felt my daughter was in good hands with Austin’s Auto Service. Highly recommend!"

"These people don't care about the customer. They wanted to charge me almost 3 hours of labor for a 25 minute job. $700 to replace a starter? Deception at its finest. They're ripping off the poor people that don't know anything about cars. I bought the starter myself and I'm going to do the job myself. Rip off can't say it enough. Stay away and don't be fooled. They come off as friendly and nice but that's the deception, they will turn around and screw you and stick you with $1000 bill for 25 minutes worth of work! Never again man. Never again."

"Austin’s Auto Service has been completely rebuilt/remodeled & has a great atmosphere, very nice employees and new equipment to service your vehicle(s). The ONLY reason I could not give it 5-Stars is the cost of their services are quite frankly, astronomical; compared to other local service centers. If you are ok with paying the much higher service prices; then you won’t be disappointed as the quality of service is there as well."

One time I took my car for an oil change and they let me know that the oil was super clean and still good and I should wait on my oil change. They could have just taken my money but honesty goes much further. Would definitely recommend Austin's."
