"I have brought my car here for service only 3 times since July 2022 (I don't put many miles on) since I found out Mavis bought Jack Williams. So far, I am cautiously optimistic. I am hoping we get to the point that they build enough history with my car that they'll be able to make recommendations around what may be needed based on miles, etc, for example: engine coolant flush. I rely on my service station for things like that."
