"My bathtub took 25-30 minutes to empty when only 1/3 full. Bill removed top of drain and got gobs of hair that was probably there for many, many years. Then revised the top of the drain to be used as a stopper. Now everything works. My yellow rubber duckie is also happy....J."

"Goose droppings and piles of dog poop that nobody picks up all over the property. Makes it very difficult to take walks around the property with my family."

"I've lived there for three months. It's clean, quiet, safe, and reasonably priced. I had an issue with bees outside my door, but management took care of it promptly. I've never seen an insect or rodent inside my apartment, and I've never heard my neighbors through the wall or floor. There's always plenty of parking, even for guests. I've never had any other residents treat me rudely, no one steals my Amazon packages, I've never seen a police car called out to Whiteland West. It's mostly families who mind their own business living here."

"Usually a good place to live. My only continuous problem as a resident is the loud vehicles - mostly motorcycles from other residents - that are permitted to often roar through the complex during overnight hours. If management fixes this noise problem I would happily edit my review to 5 stars. The overnight noise IMO is the only issue. But that noise routinely wakes me and others up, and is currently a problem."
