"As someone who’s spent months looking for an apartment that fits my cleanliness standards (as someone with a compromised immune system) JCreekside has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was above standard. Sarah and her team in the front office work diligently and efficiently to make sure everything was in great condition before and after* move in. Maintenance came in to fix a few standard things upon move in inspection, they left my apartment clean and well taken care of. I’ve been beyond impressed so far. The complex has a planning committee for events that are fun, out of the ordinary, and bring people together (hello impromptu hot coco bar!). These events are almost weekly, which is great to see. Most impressive to me in the resident satisfaction survey. In my short time here, I’ve gotten two to fill out. It’s very clear that JCreekside is looking out for their residents, and looking to cultivate a great community. *anything done after move in was to fix items related to my move in inspection, and occurred quickly and efficiently within days of moving in."

There is enough greenery and walking areas that it does not make it feel like you are enclosed in one building. J Creekside offers many activities every month for everyone to get together. "Moved in back in April and I’ve been loving it so far! Every person I run into is super nice and welcoming. The apartment itself is super spacious and love that I have my own little balcony. The big thing for me is that the community is quiet at night time cause I had nonstop issues with noise from neighbors at my last apartment at The Point at Exton. Would highly recommend J creekside at Exton!"
