"Very disappointed with the pool problems for the past two summers. Too many closed days, didn’t open to last week of June last year. Late communication or no communication to keep residents informed. Ground are kept very nice and maintenance is very responsive. Front office person is often abrasive and not helpful. Past managers have been good."

"Thomas Meeting Community and houses are good, but they exploit the customers when your vacating the home with charges. I would not recommend this property to take a lease. For Carpet Cleaning they charged around 500 USD which is not fair with out informing the customer and they sent the notice with no explanation. They even not ready to listen to customer concerns . I did carpet cleaning complete house they charged less then 200 USD for 900 sqft i don't know how they are charging more amount, and they say your purchased a secure bond you should pay."

"I moved in a month ago and love my townhouse! Kim & Ruth answered any questions I had which made the move in process flawless. My unit was immaculate when I moved in. The kitchen is large and the upstairs bedrooms and washer & dryer are ideal for me. My street is very quiet and the deer walk by outback. It's everything I was looking for!"

"I’ve now lived in Thomas Meeting for around 4 months. I love this place. It’s beautiful and kept immaculate. I recently lost my cat and the maintenance men found him, came and knocked on my door and brought me to him. They were so kind!! Wish I could give it 6 stars!"
