"Had the most pleasant experience touring The Point recently with Tawnee, and am very happy to now be a resident! Tawnee was extremely sociable and friendly and showed us around the entire complex, including the units I was considering for rent. I ended up leasing a very nice 2 bed 2 bath unit and even after becoming a resident everyone here I’ve met so far is extremely friendly such as some of the residents and also the leasing staff, including Tawnee and Jamie, and the maintenance manager, Travis. Tawnee helped walk me through applying and was in constant communication with me through the entire process making it super easy! Upon entering my new apartment, the place was spotless! Travis was also great upon my move-in day. One of the fobs was not working on the garage door so he immediately took it and programmed it for me and brought it back a few minutes later. Highly recommend this place if you’re considering an apartment!"

"I have been with Hanover/ The point for about 10 months now. It was a smooth experience until recently. I got back home after a 2 months expat trip. I haven’t “renewed” my parking permit while their ownership change but was charged for the parking for the entire lease. What waiting for me is a very hard to remove towing warning on the windshield."

"These apartments are truly luxurious. The Double sinks. The great staff. When it was still called The Hanover, Jay Humphrey was great. The Point took over, and honestly, they are amazing. They set up a beautiful Christmas tree and plenty of resident events. But the point turned this apartment into a home. If you aren't from the East coast and you don't know where to move. Try this place. Exton, in general, is great. It's not really for young adults, though. Exton is more of a place for parents and Grandparents."

"I lived here for a year and when it rained all the windows had a creaking noise due the wind, the bathroom exhaust also sounded when there was wind, neighbors upstairs jumping almost every day, really annoying. Most neighbors I met complaint about water pipe issues, luckily I did’t had any, others about dog smell in the hallways, which to their point, hallways weren’t cleaned often. Also, it was funny how a resident took 3 spots including handicap for his two cars every day, curious if he pays for 2 spots, if so why take the handicap spot? Not worth the amount they charge for the quality building offers even though they sell it as luxury, it’s not (plus they increase rent charge at renewal). PS: most reviews are about how nice the leasing team is when they are showing the place..Of course! It’s their job!!"
