"Living here is incredible. Location is awesome, the people in charge are so kind and so caring when it comes to your concerns. Maintenance is awesome, they’re so kind and always so helpful whenever you need them they’re there. Once was a 5 star review now 3 stars. As I still feel the same way about the maintenance & people who work in the office. This place has gone down hill in the last year we have lived here and we can not wait to move out. My apartment smells like weed every single day and night nothing is done about it unfortunately/ as I am not going to call the cops regarding this matter because it’s foolish and ultimately it should be addressed directly to the individuals doing it so very often and disrupting others and their living space. Granted the decision of smoking weed is totally up to others and I don’t care about that, what I care about is it disrupting my living space and not having the decencies of others who live in the building and don’t want to smell it 24/7."
"Living here has exceeded my expectations. Although it is a very large community it is very peaceful, quiet and still feels like you have a lot of privacy."
"We've been here a little over 2 months now. It's a nice place. Linda and Tom are wonderful. So is Jamie. Would love it if there was a way to report issues outside of office hours and not have such a long wait time, but otherwise, it's a clean, fairly quiet, and comfortable place to live. Definitely recommend top floors- because the neighbors can be noisy. Laundry rooms are convenient and clean, but the laundry room etiquette leaves much to be desired."
"Very nice community. Staff people are excellent with the residents needs and fast response to any questions you have. Very happy to move here. Plus best thing ever they are a pet friendly community."
"I've been living here for almost seven years and will continue to do so for as long as I can. This is one of the nicer, if not the nicest, limited apartment complexes in the general area. If you decide to live here, be sure to stay on the top floor that way you won't have to deal with anyone doing anything above you. Tom and Linda are the most responsive landlords that I've ever dealt with, and I always commend them for the services that they provide. This is also the spot where you don't have to worry about paying for water, trash, and sewer. I'm glad they added a small fitness gym to the complex. It matches my exercising needs. I never had an issue with their equipment breaking down or anything. In my case, there's no need for me to splurge on a pricey gym membership where they force you to pay with a bank account. Unfortunately, I'm in one of the buildings where we used to have two washers and dryers, but as of now since the transition to CSC, we still have only one of each. This isn't very conducive for everyone in the building trying to share and get their laundry done. I also noticed that the price to do the laundry went up as well. Inflation much? There were two instances when water got shut off for long periods of time due to on-site water main breaks. I had to stay at a hotel during those times since I cannot get by without running water at all. With the rent being what it is here, I always hope something like this can be prevented. Final note, if your building is near the I-81 interchange, you will hear construction noises in the overnight hours, like currently at the bridge. I'm not sure how long that's going to last (DOES ANYBODY KNOW???), but definitely bring ear plugs with you to block out that noise whenever possible. Regardless of the negativity, I still do RECOMMEND living here since the location is perfect for quickly getting on the highway for either work for errands, apartments being quite spacious, a gym, and great customer service."
