"Got to be a SCAM! This man was so rude, offensive, and mean. There is no way he is a landlord and talks to people the way he does.Stop insulting the people calling you looking to rent an apartment. Who talks to people that way? And fyi i make more than enough money. Get a life, stop reposting fake pictures of apartments you clearly dont own, stop insulting people, and learn how to properly run a business and learn to handle the community you serve. FYI if you keep insulting people and enough of them get together, you can get sued for how you smashing peoples characters, falsely advertising, and setting people up to call to inquire about somewhere to live just for you deform their character and making people feel bad about themselves. No real landlord would talk to people this way. I wouldnt even give you 1 star because if you are real place and person I pray no one actually has to deal with renting from you. You are a very mean man."

I was told stop giving other people my money and go buy a house. He told me invest in the stock market I wanted to throw my history of my scottrade account right at him. "I called inquiring about a room for rent and Pete answered and proceeded to ask me questions about my background specifically my job, once I told him where I worked he proceeded to tell me that there was no such thing and that he didn't have anything as if he was calling me a liar and that my job didn't exist without doing the proper research, shut your business down if that is how you handle people...
