"I am a home health aide who works in this complex. Management needs to take this mice problem seriously It is disgusting I feel bad for the tenants who have to live here. The mice should be paying rent also. I will be sitting down and one runs across the carpet or kitchen floor. The city should look into this. Disgusting! The only complaints they listen to are about the black people. Any other race "they can't do nothing" I don't care what time of day is it. People don't have to hear banging for hours in their homes. The office is stealing people's rent and trying to evict them for non-payment of rent."

"This place is the best place to live, They dont check nothing,you can get an appartment and put as many people to live as you can,they never check your house,if you are single you can get as many boy friends living in your apartment with their kids living in your unit, they will never find out because to come in they have to let you, some apartments the tennants have wash machine and they dont even know, because nobody cares about this place, this is wonderfull, as many other place they come in your unit as surprise, not here,people lives her with boy friends, their kids and if you live under someone is even better because you cant complain about people runing on top of your head,"

"It is a good place to live, the only bad thing is that in the summer if you don't control the air conditioners the electricity bill is high and in the winter if you don't control the rating the electricity bill doesn't matter, the rest is ok."
