"Elevators break frequently, so you better hope and pray it works on your move in day. Wood floors are not sealed so there will be somebody’s old dirt and messes in the cracks of your wood floor. On move out you will be charged over $1,500 for paint even if you patched your holes and had zero damage. Pretty sure it’s illegal to even charge for painting if it’s normal wear and tear but they have big money in their pockets so who is going to stop them? They will find a way to keep your security deposit and even try to squeeze more money out of you! There are no amenities like parking or concierge, so you’ll need to pay extra for your parking. Front doors don’t always lock so random people from the street or salon can roam through the building."
"If you are thinking of moving into here...don't. The management company is the worst. Think you have a convenient place to bring things in? You don't. The management company puts this thing in the lease about a loading zone, but yeah, they don't enforce that. Not their problem...The building has wiring issues, so good thing they require renters insurance, because you might need it..."
