Good location, you feel safe, owners very understanding and their staff is so helpful when you need something (like getting locked out) and i met some of my best friends in college who had lived next door. Some of my best and favorite memories i look back on are from living in Crimson Court. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. "Very nice apartments. As close to campus as you can get. However, their fees for end of year cleaning are ridiculous. Say goodbye to half of your deposit, at least. Also, I was assured by management that all the gates would be locked over the weekends except the main gate. I went to campus several Saturdays to visit my daughter and all the gates were wide open."
