"Not even a full year here me and my boyfriend have though about moving out before the lease is up, it's just a not such a great happy personal space that they first present to you,it just seems that they present the building and the local area to you in the manner that they do just to rent out and get there money. And if one tenant complains about something or something is wrong Laura message everyone about the situation which I find not right. And one day recently I felt very disrespect by her in my own place as well as I felt she was also disrespecting my 1yr old son. And she always brings up about the landlord but you never see him or get to meet let alone don't know his name. And felt like our privacy was invated by when we were not home maitnence was only supposed to be fixing our bath but it took them over a month to do and the maintenance took pictures which by law they have to ask to take pictures which they did not they don't know what personal belongs if any that I did not want in the photos and by law only the landlord him/herself is only allowed taking photos of your place and have to have permission which he did not,the only thing the maintenance was supposed to be doing was fixing the leaking pipe in the bathroom."

"Frick Rentals bought our house from our previous landlord this past semester and thus far our landlord Laura has been nothing but generous!! We informed her about some of the problems we had, including a broken washer and dryer. Within 2 weeks we had new ones and we can now go our laundry! There was also another incident with where we were parking our cars we were no longer allowed to park there due to the owner of the lot. We informed our landlord and that same day she bought us new spots and a nearby lot so we had a place to park. They are kind and respect their tenets and make sure we have everything we need. Beats most of the prices of other renters and makes sure you're happy with your home. Thank you Frick rentals for caring about your renters!!"
