"I would highly recommend Westgate apartments. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the front office staff and maintenance issues were always addressed and resolved the same day by the friendly maintenance crew."

"Updated: Attempted to reach office. No return calls. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! This company is an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! First and foremost, the office staff is RUDE. JILL L. and SARAH S. are ignorant and uneducated having ZERO respect for the tenants of this property. I was ACCUSED and attempted to be charged for having “my dogs walk in the repaired concrete” which we had NEVER even been near. This company will charge you a $300 fee PER ANIMAL that won’t cover a single thing in the apartment! Also, if you have to move whether it be for work or the military it’s an approval process?! You have to pay two months worth of rent for breaking lease PLUS the two months of staying there and hoping you get your deposit back! After moving out I was billed an ADDITIONAL $800 for charges to “replace the carpet.” Yet, I watched them remove carpet from EVERY SINGLE APARTMENT that someone else moved out of regardless if they had an animal or not! So, don’t drop anything on that carpet or you will be paying $700 PER ROOM to replace the carpet. For someone who worked in home improvement, the terrible carpet that is used in these rental units isn’t worth that. In total, I was charged $3,800 in ADDITIONAL “FEES” for terminating a lease early, “allowing” to have two dogs, and now having to replace the carpet, which would have been done regardless if I had dogs or not. Oh, don’t try to get an emotional support animal certification because they will try to call it fake and ask for all of your private health information. I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM WESTGATE OR THE APARTMENT GALLERY."

"My wife already wrote a review but I’m just doubling up on it. Do NOT rent from westgate.. they are so money hungry they do not care about you at all they just want your money. We have been loyal renters for years and we are getting screwed so bad moving out. Please save your money and go else where we are telling everyone we know not to rent from them."

"I love living here. The maintenance team does a great job. During my major emergency in December they worked tirelessly during the holiday to get things back to normal. When I have called they usually come out within a couple hours. I would recommend living here."

"Love living here. Maintenance is always prompt to follow up and doesn't leave until the issue is resolved. Super kind guys and have definitely woken me up to come in a few times! They never complain though."
