"I love campus edge. Everyone who works and lives here are super nice and helpful. They have many fun events that you can participate in. For example they have pumpkin painting. The coffee place in the building is amazing and they have so many options. Definitely recommend living here if your attending IUP."

"Campus edge is, I think, the best place to live off campus at IUP. It is basically on campus so the walk to class is basically the same as if you were in a dorm. It is cheaper than anything else I could find, especially for a 1 bedroom! It is far from looking for feeling cheap though. I have a big living space, full kitchen, bedroom, own full bathroom, and very decent size closet! It also came furnished with tables, bed, box and frame, a dresser, and even couches! Beside from the rent that you can use financial aid to pay for, all you have to pay for is electric and a parking pass if you drive. The electric is never more than $75 for me a month, but that can vary with everyone (I have lots of lights). The parking pass is $200 a semester. I also love that they are pet friendly so I also have my cat! They just reconstructed and added a new common area with study tables, mac books, free printing, many games, and a gym! Anytime someone asks me about renting, I recommend this place with no hesitation!"

"I love Campus Edge. Staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenance is efficient with their work and they're system between themselves and tenants work seamlessly. My apartment is clean along with all amenities that came with it and I've really had no issues with my stay here! They host game nights weekly along with breakfasts and have energy drinks for us to grab before classes! They treat their tenants well and I would recommend anyone to stay with Campus Edge."

"This is my 2nd year staying with Campus Edge at IUP, and it is nothing but the best. Fully furnished (besides a microwave unfortunately), everything is provided in the rent besides electric (which usually ranges from $50-$70 per month for me), and it’s right next to campus!! There’s a common area with plenty of outlets, free computers, free printing, arcade games, and a gym. The office staff is wonderful to work with if you have an issue. The WiFi can be a little tough to work with sometimes but it’s not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to live off-campus!!!!"

"By far one of the best places to rent from off-campus. Everybody who works for this property is always helpful for me and they are always able to answer any questions that I have. Love what they have done with the common area. Would like better Wi-Fi in the area but I hear they are working on it. I like the fact the my packages are secure and not in the old mail room setup so any could grab them. All in all if you are looking for off-campus housing look here first because you won’t go anywhere else."
