Kathie was very helpful assisting us with navigating the signing up process and answering all our questions. Carl responds promptly and fixes anything we ask about, even when we tell him there’s no hurry. Everyone is pleasant and friendly.The move was simple and easy. Everyone who has come to visit is impressed by how nice our apartment is. I think we’re going to be happy here at Chatham Commons."

"We just moved in this past September and have absolutely loved it so far! The staff has been extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole settling in process, these apartments are beautiful and spacious inside and out, and the location is a perfect balance between being a quiet place to live and also being a 10 minute drive from anywhere you need to go! We have the luxury of being on the third floor and got the chance to experience the beautiful foliage right off of our balcony throughout the fall. We looked at a lot of apartments and Chatham Commons was by far the best all across the board!"

"I've been here since February & I love it! The only reason my rating is not 5 stars is because I live on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings without an elevator, so carrying up groceries is no fun. Otherwise, it's quiet, well-maintained, and everyone is friendly! It was great to enjoy the pool throughout the summer and meet some of my neighbors. Anytime I've needed anything at all, everyone has been extremely responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend Chatham Commons to anyone!"

"The team at Chatham Commons is amazing. Holly was the first person I met. She showed me the apartment and was so warm and friendly. Just what I needed as I was moving in under less than ideal circumstances. I came equipped to do a thorough cleaning with the help of two friends. We didn’t have to do anything. The place was spotless. She always has a smile and a friendly word. As for Carl - He is very efficient and caring. If something needs done he is right there and very concerned about the residents. For example, he found a bees nest outside my front door. He came to tell me to be careful going out and that someone would be there the next day to spray. The next he came to tell me the nest had been sprayed and to be very careful as the bees were not happy. The following day he came to tell me the bees and the nest were gone. What better service could anyone ask for. Kathie’s first day on the job was the day I was moving in. She handled everything perfectly and has always been very professional, friendly, and outgoing. I feel very blessed to have found Chatham Commons and such a wonderful and caring team."
