"The rooms are nice size, and the beds are okay. Stayed there for 4 days and the room was never cleaned even after requested. The last night we were kept up by a barking dog in the room underneath us I was told that I would get a 10% discount due to the inconvenience. Management never followed up on their promise.."

"This hotel has a management problem. I stayed at the hotel with family (two rooms) in October of 2023. The room that my sister and her husband stayed in did not have working air/heat, etc., On the morning we checked out, we were told that both rooms would be "comped" due to the lack of working air. Well - they lied. They charged my credit card for both rooms. After a series of emails back and forth between the desk supervisor, an assistant, and general manager, they repeatedly stated that they did not charge my room and it would be refunded on my credit card. They they stopped communicating altogether when the charge was never refunded. Chase and Expedia both informed me that the hotel approved the charge. They just lied and will not communicate about it. I will never stay here again and buyer beware."

"The most beautiful and clean hotel I have ever stayed in! Everything is so modern and new and makes sense! We will 100 percent be back! Also Chris at the front desk was so kind and helpful. It is super hard to find good customer service nowadays! He was a breath of fresh air!"

"This location is in a corporate center environment where you can safely run or walk. The room was clean, no carpeting on the floor, which we liked. Zero hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner provided for our use. My personal 5 Star Rating to all Hampton Inns for providing these Zero products! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was well planned with a variety of choices, our food was warm and satisfying. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn location."

"This hotel was a total disappointment. There was never a hello, good evening, welcome back. Not even the first night coming in. We were greeted with a “what do you need” The only person with any personality at all was a gentleman named Kris. The hotel overall is filthy. The restroom on the first floor had the same mess in it for 5 days, totally gross. The fitness center is gross. Looks like it’s never been cleaned. The same trash was overflowing for days and it’s dirty. There were bags of trash from the cleaning people left everyday in the elevator lobby. Leaking all over the floor and stinking. The hallways to the rooms looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. Our room floors both in the room and bathroom were very sticky. The whole purpose of digital key is to not have a manual key card. Not in this hotel. You still need the card to use the elevator. Such a nice newer hotel with absolutely no pride at all on the inside."
