"Meeder flats are the best apartments we used to live in. Beautiful inside and outside, new appliances, smart home system, amenities. The most important is the great management staff. They try to bring all the neighbours to meet each other. Planning fun activities such as international food trucks, watching football games together, Halloween, Christmas photoshoots, etc. Would recommend this place 100%."

"Meeder Flats apartments has been amazing to work with. I worked with Tonette who was extremely helpful with answering questions and working with my situation. I went back and forth with needing a garage and not needing one, then needing one again, and she was very understanding and compassionate with regard to the changes. When we toured with with Tonette, there was absolutely no pressure to lease. She made the tour fun and enjoyable. The management/people have been very welcoming and kind to our four children. The courtyard is gorgeous and peaceful and the space is clean and spacious. I highly recommend leasing / renting here."

"We live here and love it! The apartments are modern, updated and spacious! The other residents are reasonably quiet and keep to themselves. The apartment has cute monthly events that they put on for the residents that are so great! The management team are so friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance team has always resolved any issues within 24 hrs. All in all, great place to live."
